Overview:• Vivid neon orange nail polish with a subtle sparkling of micro holographic flecks• Opaque in 2-3 coats alone. To make it pop, wear 1-2 coats over a white nail polish• Dries semi-matte, must be used with a glossy topcoat• Glows under blacklight *All neon nail polishes contain fluorescent ingredients that will eventually fade to a lesser bright color within a few months, however, they will still be neon.
